Place all ingredients on plate and enjoy.
(2 tbsp) (30 ml) Nature's Healthy Gourmet Original Hummus (x 2)
.5 Pita Weight Watchers Pita (Whole Wheat) (x 1)
1 Cup, Sliced (4.2 oz) (119 g) Cucumber, Peeled (x 1)
1 Medium (.4 oz) (10 g) Carrots, Baby (x 5)
(1 cup) (237 ml) Sugar Snap Peas (x 1)

Instructions and Ingredients for Oven Baked Fries:
Wash potato. Cut into wedges. Toss with olive oil. Arrange on a baking tray and top with salt and pepper. Place in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
