Instructions and Ingredients for Lemon Mustard Chicken:
Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Place chicken breast in pan. Cook on both sides approximately3 - 5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Deglaze pan with white wine. Put mustard and lemon juice in pan and stir scraping the bottom of the pan. Once well combined add parsley and pour over chicken.

Instructions and Ingredients for Pasta with Butter:
Fill a large pot with cold water. Pasta will expand up to triple its original size, so to ensure it cooks correctly, you'll need at least 1 qt. of water per every 4 oz. of dry pasta. If the water fills the pot more than � of the way full, use a larger pot to prevent water from boiling over the top. Allow the water to come to a full boil.
